By commissioning me you're agree by the terms and service written below
• GENERAL TERMS
I have the right to decline a commission if its against ToS
Regarding Commission
I will not do
» Furry, except nekomimi
» Mecha
» Bara
» older people
» no NSFW for now
Regarding Communicating with Artist
» Please be respectful.
» We'll be communicating as client and artist.
» Communicating can be done through DMs or email.
» Please write and submit a detailed and neat reference, if you dont have a reference sheet then you can write it down and i'll try my best to execute it.
• PAYMENT
‣ Prices will be in USD.
‣ All payment will go through PayPal.
‣ I will be providing a PayPal invoice once everything is agreed between commissioner and artist.
‣ All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
‣ Payment can increase depending on the difficulty of said commission.
• PROCESS
‣I will start working on the commission once I've recieved the payment.
‣ I will send out sketches to all commissioners and make changes if they wish to have some.
‣ I will send out color base to all commissioners, and it'll be the last time I'm accepting changes.
‣ Final product sent.
‣ If commissioner has not paid the invoice for 2 days, I'll try to contact you and if I gotten no reply after 24hours I'll assume you're cancelling the commission
‣ Commission ETA : around 1 week / commission
• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
◇ I will do my best to make commissioners happy. However I will not make any changes when i've sent out the final product, so please make the changes during the WIP process
◇Any great changes, such as a change of clothes, hairstyle, or anything that have to be redrawn after the color base process will require additional charge.
◇ Make sure to be clear on what you aim in this commission.
• Copyright / Usage Policy
▲ I retain all rights of my own art.
▲ Please do not remove any signatures in the art.
Commissioners may:
▲ Use the art for personal use unless stated otherwise.
▲ Reposting said art on their social media, but they cannot claim the art their own.
▲ Print the art, use it for promotion as long as its properly credited.
• Cancelling / Refunding
✧ I have the right to cancel and refund commissions, i will message commissioners first.
✧ No cancelling / refunding once the payment got through and once the sketches has been sent.
✧ If commissioner hasnt sent the money they have every right to cancel the commission.
✧if a commissioner filed a chargeback to me especially without any communicating done between us, you will be forbidden to commission me again, and your name will be made public to warn other artist. And i will file a complaint.
ToS can be changed overtime, and can be discussed with me, prior to the commission
